After the BMW World in Munich at the end of January another museum of a German car company, penned an Austrian architectural offices opened. After the inauguration on 28 January opened the Porsche Museum in Zuffenhausen, Germany, the ancestral home of Porsche AG, 31 January 2009 for visitors is gates. On more than 13.000m2 area presents Porsche's history. In contrast to the BMW world, it is designed as a real museum und kostet Eintritt.
Delugan-Meissl lassen in ihrem Entwurf den großen Baukörper schweben, der konstruktiv auf nur 3 Pfeilern steht. Die spiegelnde Unterseite verleiht dem Baukörper eine gewisse Leichtigkeit.
