Creamy Cm Prior To Ms

Imprest

Bei diesen Gesprächen erlebt man dann a strange phenomenon: When it comes to their own money, the employee count every penny. Since it can happen again, that a nurse, calculates the salary payment by the required rounding, it would lose in three months about 500 shillings (or about 25 cents). A wage differential of 1000Tsh will be demanded for sure at the next salary payment. Is it for the money but the hospital will know the generosity-no limits. Advances shall often simply absurd. For example, since, as already mentioned, for the production of two chairs ever written 2kg 2kg nails and paint, for the Construction of a small sewage pit in 1000 bricks or firewood carts for 7 105 liter diesel (so you could go to Dar es Salaam and a bit further!). There is - as always, several reasons for this incomprehensible in our eyes claims.

It is, and this is also witnessed in Germany, always easy to spend other people's money, as the proverb says, with a strange ass can be good to go through the fire. Since it can ever happen that the principal of the nursing school, wishes for the door to his office an expensive designer door handle set, the 3-4 times the normal cost. Take care But it is still difficult to explain to the purchasers the amount actually needed and in relation to the stones that has also only works after I have shown on a wall, how much can be built with 1000 bricks. The many stones lying around, then we have built the way for a new pit and into the floor of a whole house and there were still some left.

It is different with the aforementioned nails, paint, pens, batteries or other small things that are always required in large quantities. So much can be consumed, and I find it impossible in these orders are on a saying from the DDR: off unseren Betrieben ist noch viel mehr herauszuholen.
Der Vorschussempfänger wird nämlich für den Auftrag cash worker hire and every shilling that he is acting out more, to his credit. It is therefore necessary to consider: what is the qualified labor, as is the normal day's pay for it and how much time must be estimated for completion. To return to stay with our sewage pit: the construction of the pit 100 000 Tsh were written. This corresponds to the monthly earnings of an unskilled worker - the amount demanded the wages for 20 days. One must therefore reckon that the daily wage is 5,000 Tsh, ask about the time required for the construction and then the sum set, plus an encore, because somehow have to end all parties are satisfied. The currently under construction, new bike shelter is another example. The old one was more than dilapidated, and the first Imprestforderung for the new building was a little over 1.6 million. A complex roof structure, everything is new-as I said, someone else's money is no object. We then agreed after a few calls to a simpler version, and also suggest that the waste material is reused. Now it costs to build nearly 200,000 Tsh. A further difficulty is that prices in the last year to 20 - have risen 25 percent. On our arrival the cost Tsh 1600 liters of diesel, now there are 2,000 Tsh, the price of a bag of cement has risen from 1,200 to 1,500 Tsh Tsh, and this inflation must be considered natural.
These "negotiations", even if jobs are to be provided directly to cash worker, it is striking that for many locals is often difficult to see certain situations abstractly and to consider the consequences. Again the example of mine: I can demonstrate how much wall you can back up with 1000 bricks, when transferring to a surface is then already very difficult. Or, if a landfill is to be prepared. This requires a large pit to be prepared (when I read the previously written: one might think, here are constantly dug pits ...) for estimates of 500,000 Tsh. That's a lot of money and the 2-3 employed Workers can make good money with this project. They are for less than 4 weeks away. Two previously mentioned workers wanted to Tsh 1.2 million, a sum that they can not imagine likely. But for the money offered them work and not sit still at home, without any merit.

All this is really only one time to illustrate how the daily process is often complicated because it often "cross-cultural problems" there. But we have in one year here and noticed that it is impossible to compare our world with the world of the locals and even less transfer. Maybe that's a good thing, because it would be bad if the German approach should the whole world.

Camomile Valerian Root Tea

false start

About the trouble with our faulty equipment I had already reported the repair of the copier was really expensive and our Charger for the solar system, before we 4 weeks in Dar es Salaam have given, we are still waiting. During the evening generator run time, the batteries are charged and the solar energy during the day is not enough to supply all equipment. Since then we have to live with constant power failures. For the are operating theater is now an economical small generator, we have especially for this purpose as the emergency set of Peter's private donation in Dar es Salaam bought.

On the way there we overtook the almost obligatory flat tire, but this time not only with flat feet but totally shredded tire that was bought in October last year again. With the spare tire, we luckily without incident to Morogoro. For the real thing with another Untewegs-breakdown I would not imagine, there are finally no ADAC, can wait for you ...

No quality tires from East Africa

Aber er saß middle of the main hall, like all other "customer service" surrounded by countless customers who all held him any piece of paper in my face and wanted to be served first. There was pushing and the most incredible mess that you are in a bank building can not imagine and which does not quite fit the more conservative Tanzania. The jostling, I gave Peter some point he got a current account statement, a form with a further signature and a promise that the online access is enabled in the next 3-4 days. Our consultants sounded very convincing, and despite almost a year Tanzania experience we believed him - it does not work today.

No one understands
here that are running water and electricity something special. We know that there is no water in the morning even more, turning the taps yet to stop and when the water is flowing again, must first find someone who endeavors to cut off the taps again. Emma and Charles are the way, since no exception. In a room of the nurses station, a water tap was turned, was no longer so close. And it bother anyone that the water continued to run continuously when the generator was turned on, and then the lights during the day in all rooms. Even our so prudent Matron lost not a word, they have it simply has no sense.

beginning of February were for 3 days, the auditors, the hospital under the microscope. Their verdict was not too outstanding, but not unexpected for me. Having established that Njaala going to study, took in July of last year, our young inexperienced accountant, and his work at that time also favored by SOLID ARMED accounting program was introduced. Although there was substantial support from their accountants and adept when requesting information, we always heard hakuna Shida Dr. (no problem) but it just was not quite so. In any case, there were some discrepancies in bookings from the paper documents that were captured not necessarily complete, what surprised at his loose bits of paper, however. It was of course our stupidity, in 2010 not to declare as a test run, is the introduction of new software, it eventually finds it difficult. But afterwards it is always wiser.

But as a result is here checked off quickly. All look forward and do better next year.

Steel Seal Head Gasket Repair Sale

Makambako

led the drive to Makambako our first time at the branch in Mikumi but not towards Dar es Salaam on the "Tan-Zam Highway as far south through beautiful mountain scenery. The road will be repaired, currently with Danish assistance and to switch between sections that deserve to be called expressway and causeway. It is interesting to observe the reduction of road building material. In Tanzania it is not exactly squeamish in cases of large, old trees, either as firewood or for burning of bricks, but baobabs are spared and remain on islands. To burn them, however, would also not be used because the soft trunk of the baobab is like a sponge and can store large quantities of water to it to survive secure in the dry season. For many locals, the trees are considered sacred, for which there is of course a story.

baobab or monkey bread trees - enjoy respect and not like

Makambako is a rather insignificant town and owes its popularity probably only the fact that it lies at an important transport hub, this cross railway (TAZARA ) and highway (Tan-Zam), both towards Zambia. (The z in Kiswahili as voiced s). We had arranged by telephone with Kuandika. It fit well, he was in the annual leave at home with his family, only about 5 hours by bus from Makambako entfernt und war auf dem Wege, sich ein Bahnticket bis Ifakara zu kaufen. Schon in den 1930-er Jahren wurde Tabak angebaut and from this period are still a tobacco processing factory and a couple of very nice old buildings, however, have their best time long past. In addition to the tobacco there are tons of onions and tomatoes, you might think from here the whole country is supplied. In a cannery tomato and chilli sauces are made, which are considered the best of East Africa. Maybe.

course we go Kuandika inquired of the circumstances of the journey and have to learn that after a broken axle, which is here at the rickety vehicles on poor roads to normalcy, was a long enforced break. Ultimately, we almost simultaneously in Lugala on.

The beds are now enriching our intensive care unit, the anesthetic machine is still unused. Our anesthesiologist Lothi has delighted being received, he had experienced during his visit this device already in use in Torgau. For the mandatory Controllcheck before operation and in a prescribed cycle during operation needs including nitrous oxide, which in Tanzania probably hardly used and is therefore difficult to obtain. Previously, it was at least in Dar es Salaam is not available from the usual suppliers of medicines and hospital equipment, but you want to check there for us. Great things often fail on small details.
